This notice explains how createaivideos.co uses personal information to provide the Unlimited AI Video Creation Workshop members’ area. Contact us at support@createaivideos.co for questions or privacy requests.

Information we use

We use your name, email address, account identifier, enrollment, and purchase reference to create and manage workshop access. Our checkout may supply the purchased offer, payment status, test or live mode, and campaign attribution. We do not receive or store your full payment card number in the members’ area.

Our authentication service handles password hashing and account sessions. Technical data, such as request times, IP addresses, browser information, errors, and email delivery status, may be processed by us or our providers to operate and protect the service. Support emails include the information you choose to send us.

Why we use it

We use information to fulfil your purchase, grant and manage access, send account and recovery emails, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and maintain reliable service. Depending on applicable law, these activities rely on performing our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and legal obligations for purchase records. Optional activities requiring consent will be presented separately.

Providers and sharing

We use Cloudflare for hosting and request processing, Neon for the database, authentication, and private resource storage, Resend for account emails, Wistia for video playback, and Stripe through our checkout for payments. Our checkout may use a separate provider for purchase receipts. These providers process information needed for their services. We do not sell your personal information.

Embedded video playback connects your browser to Wistia. Its player can process technical and playback information. See Wistia’s privacy notice. We configure the player’s do-not-track option where available.

Cookies and browser storage

We use a secure session cookie for workshop access. Learning progress is stored in your browser, separately for your account, and does not sync across devices. Read our cookies and storage notice for details. This members’ area does not add advertising pixels.

Retention

We retain account and enrollment information while needed to provide your workshop access. Purchase and security records may be retained longer for legal, accounting, dispute, and fraud-prevention purposes. Support information is kept as needed to resolve and follow up on requests. You can request deletion; we will explain any records we must retain. Provider logs and email records are subject to the relevant provider’s retention settings.

International processing and security

Our providers may process information outside your country. The current Neon project is hosted in the United States, and other services use international infrastructure. We use access controls, encrypted connections, and limited access to credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict use of your information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where applicable, and complain to your local data-protection authority. Send requests to support@createaivideos.co. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Deleting information required to provide access may prevent continued use of the workshop.

Children and changes

This workshop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information. We will update this notice when our practices change and identify the updated date here.
